Reticular varicose veins

Varicose retikular veins: a plexus of small red, blue, purple vessels, translucent through the skin. They can occur on the face, stomach, chest, but the most common location: the lower extremities.

What are the varicose reticular veins?

In the human body, blood circulates according to arteries, veins, capillaries, veins. The arteries are the largest vessels in the circulatory system. They are connected to the veins. Smaller ships are veins. In the lower extremities under the skin, the intermediate venous vessels of the surface are notable. Its diameter is larger than the diameter of the capillaries, but less the diameter of the veins of the trunk. Such venous mesh is called reticular. In other words, the reticular veins are small millimeter vessels that are visible under the skin on the legs.

There are valves in each vein. They filter the direction of the movement of blood and its volume. There is only one valve in the reticular vein. If it deforms, then the vein expands, twist and performs a greater volume of blood. Venous pressure in the skin mesh layer increases due to the accumulation of blood in a given area. The cream deficiency develops and the reticular varicose veins are formed: a plexus of small red, blue, purple vessels, translucent through the skin.

In what places are the reticular

The vascular plexus of the small vessels can occur in the face, abdomen, chest, but the most common location: the lower extremities.

They are retikules on the legs:

  • On the posterior surface of the knee joints. Spider networks are observed in young women;
  • at the top of the legs;
  • on the internal surface of the hips;
  • On the ankles.

Risk causes and factors for the development of reticular varicose veins

Very often, the disease is observed in women. The trigger is a violation of hemodynamics. Due to the fact that the valve is deformed, the blood begins to circulate in the opposite direction. The plexus of the blood vessels is overwhelmed and the blood stagnates. Because of this, the walls of the vessels expand, become brighter and more notable through the skin.

It can be preceded by this state:

  • Hormonal jump. A decrease in estrogens and progesterone growth leads to a loss of vein tone and expanding the light of blood vessels, rapid blood coagulation and a decrease in plasma antithrombin. Flobopathy is developing. This process is often observed in pregnant women, as well as in women who take oral contraceptives.
  • Inheritance. The change in connective tissue is transmitted along the female line, therefore, with varicose veins in a mother or grandmother, the risk of expanding the reticular vessels is already at an early age.
  • Load load. In people who work sitting or standing, the diagnosis is made more frequently. The varicose veins of both limbs are observed among office workers, accountants, engines, hairdressers, teachers.
  • Frequent flights on the plane. With the air trip due to jumps in atmospheric pressure, the tone of the blood vessels and the blood flow in reticular changes.

The development of the disease is aggravated by smoking, obesity, arterial hypertension, second and subsequent pregnancy, corticosteroid intake, liver cirrhosis, systemic sclerodermia.

Signs

The disease in the initial stage proceeds latent. It can suspect the reticular shape of the varicose disease of the lower extremities in the color of the cyanotic skin. Thin veins in the form appear on the legs:

  • a shape similar to a tree (from a base, many vessels branch to the left and right);
  • Web or stars (ships depart from the center in different directions);
  • Lines (even strips of blood vessels).

Branial veins are especially notable at the end of the day after playing sports, lifting weights, a long static position, running or long distance walks. In the morning, the leg defect is invisible.

As the blood flow worsens, concomitant symptoms aggravate:

  • Boat in the calf muscles. Involuntary cramps occur suddenly and pass after the massage of the limbs;
  • Severity and fatigue on the legs;
  • Burning and itching on the legs and feet.

The clinic manifests itself stronger during menstruation due to an increase in blood flow.

The symptoms fade after resting with the legs raised. Unlike varicose veins, pain, edema and trophic disorders.

Signs of reticular varicose veins

The danger of reticular varicose veins

In many cases, patients do not pay attention to vascular stars and are not in a hurry for the doctor. There are practically no symptoms, so women cancel the visibility of the veins in a cosmetic defect.

If the treatment does not begin in the initial stage, the deficiency of the veins of the veins of the deep trunk will be developed. Varicose reticular veins of BPV tributaries are especially dangerous. A large subcutaneous vein runs along the medial side of the legs and connects to the femoral vein. As BPV valves deform, varicose disease is developed.

With prolonged ignoring the problem, the vascular mesh deepens and intensifies the risk of trophic ulcers.

Diagnostic methods of the disease

The diagnosis is established by a phlebologist. Examine the patient lying and standing. The doctor needs to distinguish the reticular varicose veins of the telangiectasia, the initial stage of the Lvedo de Malla, the tene syndrome, Maffuchchi syndrome, flowering syndrome, port spots.

An ultrasound is prescribed in the duplex mode. With the help of ultrasound, the condition of the valves of the veins is evaluated. The diagnosis is established if a violation of the reticular blood flow is confirmed, that is, there is obstruction and reflux of the surface vessels.

UZDG. Dopplerography shows the direction of blood movement. During the scan, the doctor asks to contain the breath, strangle, simulate walking lying. On the screen, the image of the green and red vessels is shown. The red color shows the length of the pathological and green area: the functionality of the venous valve. The direction and speed of blood movement is indicated.

Treatment of reticular varicose veins

In the treatment of a reticular form of varicose disease at an early stage, the result is favorable.

First, a phlebologist prescribes pharmacological therapy to improve blood flow, along with compression therapy.

Drug therapyIncludes routoside -based venotonics intake, heparin, troxerutin, godmin. They adjust the output of the lymph, strengthen the walls of the blood vessels, normalize vascular permeability, increase the tone of the vein, avoid seizures and the development of trophic disorders.

Depending on the number of reticular, the doctor selectsCompression stockings. With subcutaneous veins at the bottom of the legs, it is recommended to use therapeutic action pantimedias. If web appeal on the back of the knees, selling with an elastic bandage or with compression stockings of class A.

If the number of reticular increases and the vascular mesh is remarkable even after the break, they begin to treat the lower extremities with the hardware method.

Laser therapyIt consists of the influence of a beam of light on a vascular plexus. The laser warms the vein, due to which the internal surface of the container is destroyed. Blood stops flowing through this vein. To achieve the result, you must approve 2-3 procedures with an interval of 2-3 weeks. After processing 12 hours, you cannot load the limb, sunbathe in the sun, take a shower and go to the bathroom. Laser coagulation has an inconvenience. If the doctor will affect the same place for a long time, you can get burning. The method is effective for blood vessels below 1 mm.

With the expansion of the veins for more than 3 mm, it is prescribedsclerotherapy. It consists of the introduction of a special sclerosis in the vein light under ultrasound control. The substance places the walls, because the blood supply ceases to the pathological area. For the treatment of intradermal varicose veins, a foam -shaped substance is used. The procedure is painless, because the injections are made by the best needles. Maybe burning at the time of drug administration. After the injection, a tight bandage is thrown. Taking a cold shower and eliminating compression linen is allowed the same day.

Microflebectomy is not performed with a type of reticular disease.

The treatment will not be effective if it does not eliminate the root cause. Oboor people must adjust the weight to reduce leg load. Office workers must stop, get up and walk every hour. High -hoist shoes fans should wear comfortable shoes with a wide block and a heel height of no more than 5 cm.

Treatment of reticular varicose veins in the doctor's clinic:

Endovasal laser coagulation (EVVK)

If you have varicose veins, this does not mean you will have to do the operation! New medical technologies allow you to get rid of this ailment without surgical intervention.

Sclerotherapy

Sclerotherapy is a methodology for the treatment of varicose veins by introducing sclerosing (special medicine) in the affected veins.

Eco-clarotherapy

The technique is used in cases where it is necessary to "supply" large veins.

Foam -shaped sclerotherapy

Foam -form technology (foam sclerotherapy) is used to "join" varicose veins with a diameter of up to 6 mm.

Sclerotherapy

The ultimate and unique method to combat varicose vessels of any size.

Venaseal adhesive prison

Non -surgical treatment of chronic venous insufficiency and varicose veins using veinal biocles.

Prevention

If there is a hereditary predisposition to the development of the disease, it is recommended to do simple exercises daily to maintain peripheral blood circulation:

  • in a position lying by the legs on the wall and holds vertically for 5-10 minutes;
  • In the morning after waking up, "move the bicycle" and make swings to the right and right on top of each other;
  • Walk still, as long as you can't tear your heels from the ground;
  • In the position of bedtime, lift your legs and turn with your feet;
  • After getting out of bed, make ten cracks from the foot to the heel and heel to the foot.

Each exercise must be done 10-15 times a day.

To maintain a normal blood flow, it does not feel in the leg. If the work is sedentary, then you must place a roller under your feet and keep it on the top.

A contrast shower tones the vessels in the morning, but must start gradually. Every day you must adjust the temperature in 1-2 degrees.

If there are unique extensions, to avoid the massive appearance of varicose veins will help rejection of salty products. It is worth limiting the consumption of smoked, marinated, pickled meats.
